Quan is one of the first auditor of Viet Nam and has more than 25 years working in the aspects of finance, accounting and auditing. Before joining I.T.O, Quan had 15 years experienced in working as audit in- charge and audit manager for one of early audit firms founded in Viet Nam (AISC-PWC).
Quan has been also jointed in audit for Bank for Investment and Development of Viet Nam, Ben Thanh Group and other companies of various fields as a senior in-charge and manager.
Quan had been appointed to research and perfect the accounting and auditing standards in Viet Nam on early years of auditing industry.
Now, Quan is also a Lawyer from Ho Chi Minh Lawyers’ Association.
Since 2005, Quan got Certificate of Appraiser approved by Ministry of Finance. Quan has been participated to appraise many projects and business.

2. Ms Le Thi Minh Nguyet

Nguyet is the Vietnamese Certified Public Auditor and has much experienced in providing the audit to clients in many fields, especially Foreign investemt company, Joint-Stock company, non-profit organization.
Before being a member of I.T.O, Nguyet has been worked in an auditing firm under Ministry of Finance of Vietnam and got early promotion to senior in-charge.
With much experience in the field of audit and good knowledge of law, Nguyet has joined in audit for many large-scale clients as a senior in-charge, Nguyet has also taked part in many complicated audit at Court’s request.
After got Certificate of Appraiser, Nguyet joined in this field and has been taked part in many business valuation for privatization’s purpose.

Khanh is a symbolic of dynamic younger generation of I.T.O.
Before being a member of I.T.O, Khanh has been worked in 2 big audit firms in Ho Chi Minh City. Khanh was deeply trained in business financing. Khanh has been joined in many audit as a senior in-charge and carried out many consultancy contracts on financial management, set up financial control system and other financial policy in business.
After got Certificate of Appraiser, Khanh joined in this field and has been taked part in many business valuation for privatization’s purpose.
Khanh is a specialist on consulting to set up financial policy and financial control procedure for recently established business.
