Position 1: Investment project audit assistant
Quantity: 5
Job Description:
- Participate in auditing detailed work in auditing the completed project investment capital settlement report, including: checking investment procedures; checking investment costs (checking estimated and designed volume; volume-norms-contract unit price and AB settlement);
- Check the calculation of project management costs, construction consulting costs, and other costs in the investment project;
- Perform other professional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department and Head of Audit Team.
Request:
- Graduated from construction majors: irrigation; hydraulic works; civil and industrial construction; transportation; architecture; construction economics; technical infrastructure (priority given to irrigation; hydraulic works) ;
- Good communication, ability to work independently, withstand high workload, and travel to other provinces;
- Priority:
Able to use budgeting software;
Have practical experience in the construction field (design, estimate, supervision consultancy, project management, completion documents, project settlement);
Candidates have experience in auditing completed construction investment capital;
Salary, bonus and benefits:
- Salary: negotiated based on each candidate’s ability, including fixed salary and business salary;
- Bonus: Direct % based on personal business performance;
- Average income from 10-18 million VND/month depending on ability and experience;

Position 2: Audit Team Leader/Deputy Audit Team Leader

Job Description:
- Participate in auditing detailed work in auditing the completed project investment capital settlement report, including:
Check investment procedures;
Check initial cost: check estimated-design volume; volume-norm-contract unit price and AB settlement;
Check the calculation of project management costs, construction consulting costs, and other costs in the investment project;
- Organize and manage the audit team when implementing the project;
- Contract management from negotiation to completion;
- Meeting to approve audit results;
- Report work to direct superior.
Request:
- Graduated from construction majors: irrigation; hydraulic works; civil and industrial construction; transportation; architecture; construction economics; technical infrastructure (priority given to irrigation; hydraulic works) ;
- Proficient in budgeting software;
- Good communication, ability to work independently, withstand high intensity and pressure of work, and travel to other provinces;
- Required experience:
Have at least 04 years of practical experience in the construction field (design, estimate, supervision consultancy, project management, completion documents, project settlement); or
Have at least 03 years of experience in auditing completed construction investment capital at auditing companies;
Salary, bonus and benefits:
- Salary: negotiated based on each candidate’s ability, including fixed salary and business salary;
- Bonus: Direct % based on business performance;
- Average income from 15-25 million VND/month depending on ability and experience;
- Participate in short and long-term vocational training courses according to job requirements; enjoy social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and welfare regimes according to regulations.
